About The Event:
For this series, I’ve chosen Campania, a region deeply tied to my story.
Everything for me began in Southern Italy=SUD: born in Puglia but raised in Benevento, just an hour from Naples, my culinary roots were shaped in the heart of Sannio: a land of rich traditions, bold flavors, and timeless recipes.
From rolling vineyards and ancient Roman roads to kitchens filled with the aroma of slow-cooked ragù and fresh-baked bread, Sannio is a place where food is a celebration.
At MADE IN SUD, We bring these traditions to the table, offering authentic Campanian flavors with a contemporary twist.
Benevento itself has so much to share, and throughout the evening, I will introduce you to its stories and authentic products.
Our main course will feature pasta from Pastificio Rummo, renowned for its artisanal quality, while Liquore Strega Alberti, another emblem of this city, will take center stage as a true protagonist of our experience.
Join us as we celebrate the flavors, history, and soul of Campania.
The Venue:
We’re delighted to announce our first collaboration with Local Hero! Located in the heart of Fulham, in vibrant Parsons Green, Local Hero is a beloved café by day that transforms into a beautiful dining spot in the evening.
